Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
2. Eligible Items
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage.
- Wrong size or wrong item delivered.
- Items significantly different from what was described.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom design / print orders — these are made to order and cannot be returned.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
4. How to Raise a Return Request
- Email us at contact@skattirehub.in with your order ID and reason for return.
- Attach clear photographs of the item showing the issue.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched (PROCESSING stage).
- To cancel, go to My Orders on your account page.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please initiate a return instead.
- Refunds for cancelled paid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
