1. Acceptance

By accessing or placing an order on skattirehub.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST at 18%.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price at checkout is final.
• Product images are representative. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration.
• Custom design prints are non-refundable once production begins.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store payment details.
• In case of payment failure, no amount is deducted. You may retry the payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping

• Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across India.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹12,000. A ₹499 charge applies below that.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by SK Attire Hub. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
